ROLE: Concept, art direction, design
CHALLENGE: Provide a non-profit, Buddhist medical foundation with a low-cost, more modern, less copy-heavy annual report, despite having no visual assets or brand guidelines.
SOLUTION: Conceptually, I gravitated towards the organization’s motto “giving with both hands.” I quickly organized and directed a one-day photoshoot inside the clinic and another shoot at a local health fair.
To visually reduce the historical content, I incorporated a milestone timeline into the main section pages. Large, san-serif type and clean charts help condense statistics for a quick read.
